AHP & Vanguard both logs out after 15 seconds

Hi,

Just got my box of goodies today.

I'm having a hard time with getting either Vanguard or AHP staying connected for more than 15 or 16 seconds?

I've disconnected my AV, Spyware, and my Firewall. 

I talked to my DSL people, AT&T, they mentioned something called
pinholes to allow a constant stream through the modem.
Could my modem be the pro?

Also when I log into Gate.x10.com it will only stayed logged on for 15 secs.

Have you logged into your modem and changed the mtu size to 1392. Make sure to disable the security features.
