No registration email

Purchased one of their kits and not sure how to proceed.
Having the same timer problem as many others where timers do not work but manual controls work all the time with wall switches

I also never received my registration email. From everything I have read X10 does not read or respond to emails so I may just contact my CC company.

Am I missing something? Does an email get sent automatically to me? Yes, I checked my spam folders.

If would be an ok product if not for such easy items.

How did you get the AHP software?
The email has the code in it to allow it to be downloaded and run.

If only life was that easy.   I did receive a link to download the software but only a link. No code.

I need the registration #'s for both iwatch and AHP.

Try calling sales or customer support. X10 is notorious for not answering email requests for help. I, for one, have waited weeks for email responses that never arrived. I have had much more success calling them.
