setting timers w/o downloading to inteerface

i have actv hm prof. cm15A and I'm trying to set timers w/o dwnloadin to interface. Trying to save interface storage space....is this possible! Not having any success at this,HELP!!

What are you trying to store that is taking so much space?
I have a combined total of macros and modules that total almost 200 items and have only used 2/3 of the memory space in my CM15A.
