AHP MyHouse Online Camera Failure

I have been trying to use my house online to monitor my AHP IW cam. The first time I log on everything works great but after that if I try and log on again I get no picture even when the status screen shows video is connected. So far I have only been able to solve this by logging off at home and then logging back on. Any thoughts?
