I ordered using a Voucher for about $18.  When I paid via PayPal, I got whacked for the entire amount (The vouched was ignored).  3 followup calls to Sales resulted in no information except to tell me I had to wait for 10 days while Pay Pal processes a refund.  This is "Standard Practice" i was told.

What sort of BALONEY is this.  Why don't you guys learn how to do business in a reasonable way.

I'm done with your specials.  They are a myth.

What were you buying and who issued the $18 voucher?

Pete,

FYI
This is a users forum, so there is no guarrentee anyone at X10 will ever read your comments (if that was your intent).

Sounds like this is an order processing mistake (missing the voucher). But it also sounds like X10 has acknowledged and is fixing.

Maybe the 10 days is a Pay Pal processisng time and not an X10 requirement(?).

I think you are correct about Paypal.  They really don't like to handle refunds.  :'

PayPal allows me to initiate a refund instantly.  However, I do think there is a time limit like it's not so easy if X number of days have passed since payment.
