Vista, Add timer: App Crash

Everything else seems to work ok. Every time I try to add a timer, Active Home Pro crashes. These are the details:

I looked up the error code: it is an Access Violation. As an experiment, I changed the shortcut to Active Home Pro to Run as Administrator. This sems to have fixed the problem.

If anyone has any additional information I'd appreciate hearing it. Most applications on my PC are not set to Run as Administrator.
