Flood Cam Lights will Never come on

I have been using x10 for a while now and I still can not get the floodcam to come on. The video works great but the lights NEVER come on.

Can ANYONE HELP me?

Are you sure you don't just have a bad connection? I'd take it down and make sure you have good connections between the Motion/camera body and each of the light sockets per the wiring diagram
