Why lights at 50%? What the heck?

Now... for some reason, the outside lights are staying at 50% and won't go beyond 50%...

What the heck is going on?

What light switch or kind light is? what x10 module is controlling the light

The ws467 has a setting were it remembers if it was dimmed before being shut off. and if it was it only comes back on to that dim level.

So you have to turn it one and then send a bright command to turn it up. Or you can press and hold the button on the switch itself to manually dim or brighten it.
