Macro question to arm Alram in Home mode.

I made a working macro to arm my alarm and it works, but I need to run same command 2 times spaced 5 seconds.

To arm my alarm in home mode I need to press 2 times "Arm Home" in my SH600

Any way to make this macro run 2 times spaced +/- 5 seconds to simulate the press of the SH600 2 times?
