L2 video sender

Just connected unit up to  computer and TV not working, all I get is black screen and picture flutering no video, called suppport line ten times just music, no help. please someone get back to me, Bruce at 709 579 0700 or fastact6@nl.rogers. com

The forum isn't the best method for contacting customer service. The members here at the forum are users... like yourself... who use our own knowledge and experiences to help each other.

  • Are the sender and receiver both connected properly?
  • Are they both set on the same (letter) channel (A, B, C, D)?
  • How far are you trying to transmit?
