AHP locking up
« on: December 16, 2008, 08:22:03 AM »

I have installed an AHP system at a friend’s place. The CM15A has worked great for a few weeks and then for some reason, the timers will not work. The CM15A is about 3 years old.

The USB cable is connected permanently to the computer, even when the computer is off. Can that cause the CM15A to go flaky?

There have also been power interruptions. How long will the AAA batteries keep the CM15A alive without power?

The CM15A has been problematic and I would normally throw something like this in the garbage, but with the investment in modules, filters, couplers and amplifiers, it is too far to turn back.

Did the friend clear the CM15A through AHP and not upload to the CM15 before quitting AHP?  My CM15A is three years old and going strong.
