X10 PC to TV Video Sender L2 - Software whereabouts.

[Sudden Question]

Hi There,
I recently ordered the X10 PC to TV Video Sender L2 by X10, and while I was about to begin to install the device, I read in the manual that there was corresponding software that was supposed to be sent to me by X10 in an e-mai after I had purchased the product. I have not gotten this e-mail - is there anyone who knows where I can get this software, or how I could go about getting this software? Thanks!

Hi Sudden Question and welcome to the Forum,
To get the software

• Go to the software download area first at http://www.x10.com/support/support_soft1.htm
• If that doesn't work then go to http://www.x10.com/register/download.htm and try that, you will need your order number.
• If that doesn't work, hit or miss, then just call the X10 and ask for Technical help and there you should be able to give them your order number and they should send the email to you
