you'll have to give us a little more information. What software your using, what version of software using, what plug-ins if any, are you using CM15? I kind of think you are because use said "go live".
What does it do: does it give you an error message? or does it just close? if so can you show us the error? What house and unit code is your camera on? Are you using VA11 or VA12 video adapter? The more info the better (to a point).
