Why does AHP loose the CM15A when they are connected 24/7?
« on: March 29, 2009, 03:26:55 PM »

Every once in a while, AHP will loose the CM15A, even though they are connected 24/7.  This morning lights that should have been turned off at Midnight  by timers failed and the lights were still on this morning. When I opened AHP to check, a message saying that timers and macros need to reloaded appeared, so I downloaded them. Could this be a battery warning?

I've only noticed this funny behavior after upgrading to the 3.239 driver.  What driver are you guys using?

It isn't a battery thingy cause I haven't had batteries in my unit in over 2 years!
I get the message once in a while (more since updated to AHP 3.326)

It happens to me too every now and then. I don't think the version matters as I seen it through each that I used.

The best I can tell is that it occurs when Betelgeuse's magnitude exceeds 1.0.

Thanks so much for the confirmation.  I just thought it was time to clean my glasses.

P.S.  I was going to blame the lunar cycle.

I don't leave my computer on 24/7 and about once a month my timers and macros will stop working. Downloading to the CM15A restores things to normal. It seems to me that the more I have programed into the CM15A the more this problems happens.

I must have exceeded Betelgeuse's magnitude of  1.0 some time ago:'
