WS476 not fully controlable?
« on: April 26, 2009, 09:25:29 PM »

As It would appear.  When i turn the WS467 on from the wall switch i can bring the lights to a much brighter level than i can when controling from AHP.   Almost half as bright when given an "ON" command Vs going to the wall switch and manually boosting it all the way up by holding in the button.   Then once manually boosted,   AHP can only adjust from about 50% bright to 100% bright untill you turn the switch off and back on from AHP,   then it goes back to %0-50 of light output thru the sliders range.

Is that just how they work?   I guess it works for my purposes,   just seemes a bit goofy

In AHP, are you dimming Relative or Absolute? If using Relative, then switch to Absolute. Also remember the new WS467 has "Resume Dim" where the light will come back ON at the same level it was turned OFF at (applies to both local control and remote control). My work around is to issue an ON followed by BRI 100%.

Maybe a soft start version and they act differently.
