TM751 transceivers do not respond to ALL UNITS OFF

The lights I have plugged into my 2 TM751 do not respond to the ALL UNITS OFF command. Is this by design?

Correct. The TM751 do not have PLC receivers in them. They can only respond to RF commands from wireless remotes, motion sensors, slim line switches, etc. You may need to set up a macro for the CM15A to transmit by RF an OFF command to each TM751A. An alternative is to use RR501's which are RF to PLC tranceivers like the TM751, and also contain a PLC receiver so can be controlled by power line commands.

The no power line receiver also means the TM751 will step on another power line signal as it has no way of detecting it when it sends. Besides only being controlled by an RF signal.
