wish the vga transmitter would come back
« on: May 28, 2009, 10:07:40 AM »

I had purchased the video transmitter for my parents so that they could watch their DISH dvr in another room. It works flawlessly.
I had also seen the vga transmitter advertised, but put it off thinking that I would get one later. Why did it go away?

This isn't the BEST price I'd seen for the VGA Video sender but it didn't show as out of stock when I added it to my shopping cart ether.

Might be best to call X10 to see if they are available.

What are you planning on using it for? Sometimes... a little cable can be best.

I was planning on using it to send pc video to a TV in another room. Unfortunately, there's not a good way to 'wire' it there.

That's really kinda easy to do wirelessly. I created this YouTube video using the regular video sender/receiver. Many, if not most video cards have the PC S-Video plug.
