Tried for 2 hours calling all the numbers including the chat line to get some software help with my old ACTIVEHOME PRO -- but kept getting redirected to an open deadend phoneline!!

I was told the Chat line was ONLY for Sales related issues!!

Not very good -- almost as good as MAGICJACKS non-service!!

Exactly what do you mean "old ACTIVEHOME PRO"  Active Home Pro is the current software that uses the CM15A usb interface, plain Active Home was the prior software that used the CM11A serial interface.   What do you have and what version is it?
