did some more testing......I can control a Lamp Module Plugged into the same spot as where the camera would normally plug in.
Is it possible that the camera power supply is bad?
Yup, as others have, noted the PS could have gone south on you.
However even though you could control a Lamp Module in the same receptacle, there still is a tiny chance it is noise, IF your Lamp Module used to test with is a newer module (ramp ON, ramp OFF, Resume Dim, etc features).
The newer Lamp Modules also have AGC which makes them a little more resistant to noise. I do not believe the addressable camera supplies have AGC. So there is a slight possibility the Lamp Module would work even with line noise but the camera power supply would not.
If you don't have a signal meter, one way to test is to plug a transceiver into same receptacle as camera and see if you can now control it with a remote. (Or move the camera power supply to same outlet as CM15A or TM751, etc) or swap with another camera power supply you know is working.
