Keep getting A Unknown signal to my CM15A setting off chime

I placed a ghost appliance module at A6 as JMac suggested. I set it to the off position. We will see if the CM15A sends out a signal to turn it on.
The filter will prevent CM15A from receiving or transmitting PLC. Is that what you want?

Even if CM15A is sending random A6 ON, how is that ringing your chime? What does the activity monitor show at 3:06 AM?
