Start Camera Scan

I thought I saw this answer posted a long time ago but I can't find it now. My cameras work fine but I can't get the Start Camera Scan to work. It's greyed out in the pull down menu and I get no 'finger' cursor on the button. I can switch using the left-right buttons. I tried unplugging the va12a from the computer and replugging and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver and rebooting..all that junk. It used to work and I had this problem once before but I don't remember how to fix it. Any help?

Well now, I see that my cameras got moved from the scan cameras back to the available cameras in the multi-cam preferences. So ok. Now the drop-down menu allows me to scan, just not the button. Weird.

Well, restarted AHP and now the button works too. So nevermind. I'll leave this here ya want in case someone else has that problem.
