Vanguard Internet Control Center Software Issues

Well i recently tried to re-install my Vanguard Internet Control Center on my new PC ... and always get errors .. not only that, upon login to x10.com i get blank pages, like if the website wasn't there no more !!!

It's been 4 years since i've bought my Ninja Pan & Tilt, USB Transceiver, Video to USB Adapter, and so on. I don't have a order number either, so i guess im screwed, unless someone can point me in the right direction in obtaining new software that will work on Windows XP Pro 32bit English on Service Pack 3.

This is a community forum... NO X10 staffers here to complain to. We are all volunteers here... customers helping customers. You could call X10 and ask for for new software. It would be helpful if you had your old PO#... but it is also on your software you have now (that long number). But if you only remember what email address you gave them... that will work.

Your "new PC"... is it a 64 bit?
