Help
« on: November 18, 2009, 09:25:07 AM »

Hello X10 Community, I got some trouble getting a Wireless Color Camera(XC18A) and the Wireless Video Receiver(VR36A) in Windows XP I got the video receiver via usb with the correct driver I guess and use(webcam XP) to try and view the video the camera is receiving but I just get a black and white lines screen.   I just wanna know the right procedure to install both of them and get them working, also if I'm receiving the black and white lines maybe the camera is broken or something?

I just want it to get it working because they assigned me to get it working and it's been a real pain in the a**** to get it to work...

Thanks guys.

What is the USB Video Driver your using?
What is the USB video adapter your using? Some USB video adapters only work with certain programs.
Does the cam display when connected to a TV?
Are you connecting a USB 2 adapter with a USB 1 port?
With out this info we're all guessing!  ???
