SH624 Top Security Buttons Quit Working

The Bottom 4 remote switches work great still but the top 4 security switches suddenly stopped working. It will no longer arm the system home or away, the panic button and the security light can no longer be activated with the remote. When just the top half of the device quits I am assuming this is indicative of a problem within the unit. I have tried resetting the code and to no avail. Any one experience this particular problem before?

I have the same problem.  Was this ever resolved?

Have you tried re-installing the remote to your PS561?
