Wrong light turns on

I have a problem with a light on with my remote. I have a Harmony 1 remote. I use rf543 to control the lights.  I have it set to turn on my amp, TV, TiVo, and light 1. The problem is it will some time turn on light 4. What could be the problem and how do I correct the the problem?
