I had thought one would have the lower buttons cut off
 

Ooops!  They are so identical that neither one shows lower buttons.  Attached is a side by side screen shot.

I'll send you one more example with buttons not anchored.
I'll also make it size able so if lower buttons aren't visible you should be able to size it so you can.
let me know if you can see them prior to and after resizing.

 yancy I've added the changes needed to BlueWatch_Trial version and uploaded it to the server.
It will take some time to add the changes to all the screens in the other programs but I've started with full version of BlueWatch as I was adding options to it anyways.
Hopefully I'll get to PCC before the end of the week!
