ScanPad camera remote control

Someone can help, please? my scanpad CR12A is constantly blinking. It is a brand new and the batteries are new. I cannot use my device in order to check my cameras. Anyone has a solution? any answer? I will highly appreciate it.

The LED is constantly blinking.
Sounds defective.
Make sure none of the buttons is stuck down somehow.

Thanks a lot for your help. One button was making the problem. I Pulled it out with my finger nails. Was an easy fix. Thanks again.

Glad it helped. If it sticks intermittently and is new. X10 may exchange it if you want to go through the process.
