Extended Battery Life!  No need to plug in and recharge the X10 Socialite. It comes with three AA batteries which last for approximately a year!

I get several months out of mine. That may be equal to.. or even greater than an X10 year. I know that an X10 five minute setup... can last me nearly a weekend. I think X10 uses that fancy Canadian "metric time".

In the real world, the only constant is change.

When I'm online you can find me in the Home Automation Chat Room!

Since the X10 protocol was invented in the UK it's more likely that they use English metric.

That could be why I've managed to stay 18 for over 25 years :)
Although my explanations may not be exactly clear, I do hope for slightly less cloudy.

So it's kinda like the inverse of dog years?
