No video with Vanguard

Used the camera (VK77A) once a few years ago to monitor a litter of puppies.  Hooked back up and I cannot get any video.  Using as wireless with Windows XP, same computer and programs as original use.  Need feed available via internet.  Tech support had me trying different USB ports, each time getting VA11A not found except on the port I had reinstalled VA11A, all I get is the test pattern screen no video. 

Any suggestions will be appreciated.  I will be away till @ 7:30 pm est.

Do you have a TV or monitor that can process Composite Video?
You may want to test the receivers output to a TV to eliminate a problem with the camera to receiver.
Have you added things like a wireless network or 2.4GHz phone since the last use?
