Faulty CM15 pro ?
« on: December 29, 2010, 03:55:22 PM »

I recently upgraded from a CM12u and a TM12u to a CM15 pro and since then I have been experiencing random lighting events and very  unreliable X10 response, using Automated Home, or the X10 commander app for the Ipad. I have disconnected the CM15 from the PC  and the problem persists, suggesting RF interference ? and replaced it with my  original TM12u and all is fine and very stable again via RF remote. I am wondering whether the CM15 has faulty RF, any clues anyone ?

Many thanks and a Happy New Year to you all

Have you tried disabling the rf transcieve in the cm15 on the house code of the problem house codes?
Many CM15 have RF distance issues.
Is the tm12 plugged in where the cm15 was? It may be something to do with the location.
Rf noise, interferance or signal suckers  don't have to be strong if it is right next to the CM15. ::) :'
