Best Brand of CFL bulbs

Somewhere on this board I read a blurb about a certain brand of CFL bulb is best due to low noise, etc.  I'll be darned if I can find that statement again.  I remember something about Home Depot or Lowe's being mentioned.  Can anyone help "refresh" my memory as to which brand is best?

I have some FEIT Electric, dimmable CFL bulbs. I don't remember where I got them.   They work really well with my newer soft-start lamp modules, since they support powering into dim.  Other dimmables I have tried, need to be powered on to near full first, and only after that, could they be dimmed down.
