Need help with Plug In's. Myhouse and Onalert

I received all plugins with my order, but when I try to access Myhouse online and OnAlert under AHP-Plugins, the only options for each are "About and Help".  I've tried re-installing both, but nothing changes.

I'd appreciate any help you all can give me.
