XPS3 Switch "bounces"
« on: August 01, 2010, 04:08:38 PM »

I just installed an XPS3 switch.  It works mechanically, but in response to a remote signal, the lamps flash on then turn off.  They turn off correctly - don't flash on.  Do you think the switch is bad, or is this a common problem?  If the latter, is there a fix?

So the lights go On and Off if you use the paddle on the XPS3 but if you turn it On with a remote it goes On then back Off.
If it is On from the local paddle and you use the remote to turn it Off. It goes Off and stays Off.

Is the switch being used in a three way setup with a companion switch?

What type of lights are being controlled by the problem XPS3?

What are you using for a remote?

Is the CM15A Interface being used to process the remotes signal?

More details on you system may help.

What revision AHP are you using?

Was your AHP kit supplied with the CM15A interface or the CM19A Interface with TM751 transceiver?
