I am tring to find one remote that will control my Directv and my X10 System.

Both. IR for controlling entertainment equipment, switches to RF when controlling X10 modules through a TM751 transceiver.

Dave W    Thanks  That is what I though, I can not Program my remote to control my directv box.

Do you know of a remote that will switch between IF and RF.

The XPPUR09 can do IR or RF for X10 control and IR for for things like a TV etc.
There is a device code to change the X10 from RF to IR if you are using the X10 IR543 interface.

I am not too sure the XPPUR09 can do directv.
The code list may give you a clue.

I checked the X10Pro web site. There were two versions of the XPPUR09
The older version with four batteries shows no directv codes in the code list. The later revision two battery version shows 21 directv codes in the codes list.

I know the new X10 IR-34 Nstnct Icon remote has 26 directv choices. It does X10 RF or IR control and IR for other devices. Like TVs etc.
