Is there an in-line module to be placed in the wall?
« on: August 22, 2010, 12:03:53 AM »

I was wondering if there was an in-line lighting module that could be placed in the wall? Spoke to a friend tonight who has a 6-can recessed lighting setup, all off one switch. He'd like to control SOME of the lights individually... replacing the switch with an X10 switch would do ALL of them...

Is there a module that could be installed in-line inside the wall to do this?

Just curious, thanks!

Yes, there are in-line appliance modules and in-line lamp modules.
These are some of the cheapest I have seen

Automated Outlet is a good place to by X10 stuff, their shipping is flat rate, so buy in bulk and save shipping charges.  They also beat X10 USA on costs.
