CM15A GOING TO SLEEP
« on: August 25, 2010, 07:41:43 PM »

I Was installing a new cm15 today and it keep going to sleep ( could not down load to cm15a from pc . )
after several times of restarting active home-pro software i stopped and checked the new batterys that i had just install.
I found that (3) tested @ 1.59 volts but (1) tested at 1.42 volts . I installed a new one that tested @ 1.59 volts and the problem went away. I think that everyone that is having any type of problem with the CM15 should test the batterys first .
hope this helps someone out. jvar

That's interesting.  When I got AHP/CM15A in July of 2005, the CM15A came WITHOUT any batteries and I had to insert the batteries myself.  Since 2005 I've replaced the batteries twice.
