I unplugged my cordless phone.  No router.  Made sure the camera/receiver were on the same channel.  Still have the flicker.  Must be something in the house wiring somewhere.  Is there an inexpensive filter of some kind that I can put on the electric plug(s) or something?  Thanks again.

Did you try and change the channel on the cameras and the receiver?  All to "A" or "B" etc....

Is the flicker regular or random? How close are your neighbors?  As suggested try switching the camera and receiver to a different frequency (channel).
It is more likely to be a RF problem than something on the house wiring....but I have been wrong before, just ask wife.
