web browser on the remoter computer is internet explorer, and both computers are xp.

That activephone is the biggest waste of money I ever spent.  Who designed that webpage to be used on the phone?  The buttons are small as hell and the lettering is even smaller.  They really shouldn't charge anything for that.  What a waste!
