Nstinct & Bell PVR 9241 problem

The Nstinct works with all my devices but will not learn any commands from my Bell PVR 9241 remote that pertain to the satellite.  It learns TV commands from the Bell PVR 6241 remote so I know the batteries are good and the remotes are lined up properly.

Any suggestions or ideas?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the 9241 uses a UHF or RF remote, rather than IR. You may be able to switch the mode it uses, but you'll have to consult your owner's manual.
