What OS are you using?
Did you try to restore windows to a date prior to when you first installed the plug-ins?
Did You try uninstalling then reinstalling in safe mode?

Try the restore first.
To boot  in safe mode I think it is pressing f8 or f5 on booting one will put you into safe mode directly the other will bring up boot options.

NOPE!!!!!  To get rid of A plug-in you get to uninstall everything and just reinstall AHP.   Some other program you have doesn't like OnAlert.

@tybirdtybird:
Is there any particular reason you're using ActiveHome Pro 3.271 and OnAlert 3.236? These are both older versions that may cause issue with OnAlert Mobile.

I don't know if you were trying the older versions to test something out or not.

Have a look at the download site here: http://www.x10.com/support/support_soft1.htm

Now, I know you also have ActivePhone, but I don't know what other plug-ins you have. So far from everything I have read and tested, ActivePhone and MyGarage/MyGarage Pro seem to be the ones you have to install last out of all the rest.

Let us know how it goes, and keep to the one thread for this particular issue- that way we can keep track of what troubleshooting we've done for you and go from there, okay?

Have it working now.

I tried both and did the same thing. I instilled Activephone then onalert then onalert mobile then i got the error message. I reinstill again active phone over the first instill without instilling it. Its been working great so far. >!

I'm so glad its working now. I fall and broke my back and my leg real bad I'm in wheelchair right now to get around but hey  >!.  To get IWatch pro do you have to have a cam ? Would they work all together with active phone and on alert mobile on 3g ? I have Iphone 3gs. My router N+ doesn't go outside the house very good

Thank You guys for all your help Guys  #:)

Actually, I found a method to disable plugins, that has been working for me (but no guaranty it will work for you):
(this is quoted from my post here: http://forums.x10.com/index.php?topic=21776.msg123490#msg123490)
Find the file ahp_plugin.xml (it should be in C:\Program files\ActiveHome Pro - or wherever you installed it).
Open the file, and delete the appropriate line for the plugin you want to remove.
Then  you should be able to restart AHP.
If you aren't sure which is the correct line, then try each line one at a time, changing the beginning part ("<plugin") to "<noplugin", and then trying again.

Make sure AHP is closed before trying this, of course.

You don't have to have a camera, and it will extend the 3G function to the other plugins :)

Glad to hear it's working!

Find the file ahp_plugin.xml (it should be in C:\Program files\ActiveHome Pro - or wherever you installed it).
Open the file, and delete the appropriate line for the plugin you want to remove.
Then  you should be able to restart AHP.
This does work, but can make some of the other functions wonky. I have a list of what DLL in the file is for what plug-in.
