MyGarage App Doesn't Turn On Enough

MyGarage app on my Blackberry 9650 doesn't turn the UM506 switch "on" enough.  I have AHP (CM15) and can activate from my PC and phone (via Activephone).  I tried all settings on the UM506.  When I use MyGarage from my phone, it moves the switch (UM506 icon on PC), but it seems like it doesn't go "on" enough or goes back to "off".  Each try registers, but doesn't activate the garage door.

The same results from a web browser with the "WiFi" link, but the 3G link has "500 no server" error.  "Invite phone" sending from MyGarage says, "email sent," but no email is sent.

Any ideas?

When you close your garage door by using the hard wired "door bell" push button in your garage, how long do you have to hold the button to activate the door? In the "Momentary" mode the Universal module gives you about a 2 second closure...that isn't long enough to activate your door?

"Momentary" is fine through ActivePhone and PC.  The partial movement I mentioned is only on the UM506 icon.  The door doesn't move at all.

Thanks.

How did you solved the problem?          I am having the exact same thing.

After trying many different things, I came to realize that I could successfully activate the garage door via the UM506 (and 3-pin appliance module) by moving the CM15 to a different outlet.  Some worked and some didn't.  At times, only one side of a pair would work for the CM15.

So your real problem is a power line signal one.
Typical noise, signal sucker or phase coupling issues.
Moving the modules around found a combination of circuits that worked.
