Setting Up Favorites with the TIVO Premiere

   I just received the X10 icon remote as a gift but have been unable to set up the favorites using
Tivo Premiere.  I have a cable card in the back of the Tivo and the X10 changes channel normally when in Tivo mode Using the number pad or the up down channel keys.  Does not work when i set it up.  Can anyone help me.
Customer service has not been able to.  Thanks ( The Slew )
