Hi,
I bought a PC to TV sender with mouse remote couple months now it is working fine but my only problem is the remote is not working in PC mode. When I use it in TV mode everything is fine but when I switch to PC mode nothing I don't even see the cursor on the screen. How do i rectify this problem. The model of my wireless mouse remote is UR86A. Thanks

Are you using the VT37 receiver or the CM19A Tranceiver?
Is the software the Google Remote. Downloaded with the secure link emailed to you?

Just purchased the Google Pack PC remote and installed all the software as instructed on my XP desktop and it does not work.  The curser jumps all over the place and the left mouse button makes the scroll bar jump on any window.  I read elsewhere that the GooglePack software is no good and should be fully removed from my computer and the Niveus Media PC Remote Control software should be installed.  But I can't find where I can download this "Niveus" software.  I am using the CM19A and the UR86A.  The Google Pack software only works on Win 98.

GOOGLE PACK is CRAP!!

The cursor movement is not the greatest with any software even PcCompanion
However if you don't really need the cursor to move you could just upload the X10 remote drivers.
A link has been posted for the software your looking for in the forums. I remember seeing it! ::) :'

Where can I get the Nevius PC remote software for my UR86A wireless remote?  The X10 software does not work.

If you wanted to post a link it should have been to the thread on the forum that initially has that link!
You did little to prove the search function works!

I tried our search and the only links I found where the two I posted one minute apart.
