Would there be any problem having the cm15a and the ds7000 security console plugged in to the same outlet and near each other?

Maybe.
Both units can receive standard X10 RF signals from remotes and send them back on the power line.
They could step on each other or being polite send the command twice. One from each unit.
That would depend on the Tranceived House Code Setting in the CM15A and the House Code the DS7000 is using. Both tranceiving the same House Code.

Your saying then... If I read you right. Don't allow the CM15A to transceive the same code as used by the DS7000 console. That of course is in the setup configuration. Just don't check the code used by the DS7000.

Of course... just because the CM15A isn't transceiving a code... doesn't mean it doesn't hear (see?) it. So... say you used the keychair remote to turn on security lights (or just let the DS7000 turn them on). Then you could still write a marco that hears the security lights turned on and runs (triggers) a macro (maybe turning on lights on another X10 house address).

But same outlet or not... anytime you have two (or more) devices on the powerline sending commands.. your going to have a chance of signal collisions.

Yes that is what I meant in my round about way. 

Also since both have a power line transmitter in them.
The one not sending a power line signal will absorb some of the signal from the one sending. Only an issue if you have marginal signals to areas of the installation.

I'm a little confused. As long as the DS7000 and the CM15A aren't trying to do the same thing at the same time. i.e. On Alert is reacting to a broken window at the same time the DS7000 is reacting to same event.

I agree with Brian that having two X10 transmitters plugged in to same outlet might load down the signal more than if they were on separate circuits, but it may not be a problem for you. Especially if you have a repeater. Why not just try it, and see if they conflict?

I agree with Brian H and dave w (below) If the same plug for both the CM15A and DS7000 is handy... why not try it out.

is it possuble to work with two CM15Pro together

One that do  on time the garden and pne for insite?

i have yet buy a large stuff of x10 buy and there was another CM15Pro

now i want to know ,is it better to use him or use him as reserve

The answer to that is not if both are the same powerline.   If outside and inside are on different phases it might work, but you need 2 computers to run it, one CM15A for inside and another PC and a CM15A for outside.   There's one other BIG problem:  The CM15A is not available from X10 or any of the sellers of X10 equipment.   Might be in the future, though.
