Hey Lee,
Welcome to the 'End User Forum'. Please, by all means, help yourself....to the forum that is.
Perform a few searches. You may just find the wheel already invented.
As well, when you take your car to your mechanic, I'm sure you don't say "My car is broken, fix it".
We, like the mechanic, need more information to assist you.
Don't be afraid to send us your details...
including, but not limited to: The version of AHP you've installed, any/all plug-ins, CM15 / CM19, etc.
Did the installation finish without error/issue?
enjoy,

If you purchased any of the plugins, there seems to be a quirk in the latest release that causes AHP to crash. The fix for it is to (re)-run the AHP installer AFTER installing the plugins. Others have reported that seems to fix the problem.

So, what version of AHP are you running?  What plug-ins do you have?  We NEED this information to help you better.

sems all these problems assume you got ahp installed. All the help i have found says run ahp and do this or that. WELL i cant even get ahp to install. I run ANY of the ahp setups and it says it cant reach the server . Also the netinfoadvance site never finishes the test so you can run it again. What does it take to run ahp?

Do you have any anti-virus running? MacAfee? If so try disabling it. Some anti-virus packages have a firewall that might be blocking you from reaching the servers for registration.
