I looked at the Harmony 1100, it's $400.00 US and does not appear to support X10.  It has several illuminated buttons for a TV, Stereo, but nothing like lighting control.

I use an old Logitech-Harmony 628 (and the IR543) with my Home Theater. My setup has worked flawlessly for years.

I don't know what kind of other solution(s) your looking for..... but there are a couple other things you could try.

I also use BVC with a USB-UIRT along with X10's AHP software suite and the CM15A interface. AHP macros allows the IR543 to interpet a single X10 PLC and trigger a series of X10 events. Because I use BVC with a USB-UIRT that series of events can include IR remote signals and it can all be triggered with an X10, IR remote signal, or even a Voice Command (like "Theater ON").
