RR501 Vs Tm751
« on: March 13, 2011, 03:09:26 PM »

I Have a strange Problem . I have a RR501 laying around doing nothing so i thought i would swap it out with my TM751 just because I figured it was a good thing to do. The tm751 was set to house code B So i set the RR501 to house code B1 . After removing the 751 and adding the RR501 in AHP the RR501 does not Respond or see  My Motion Sensors RF Signals. However i can turn the RR501 on and Off with AHP . I dont understand Why . I Would like to use the RR501 .

Did you reconfigure AHP so it is set as a 2 way transceiver/appliance module?
Or did you just swap out the units?
If you just swaped the modules that is the issue!

I removed the 751 from AHP and then dragged the RR501 into AHP My room . Its default is 2way Transceiver/appliance module

Did you empty the AHP recyle bin and then update the interface?

No Problem!
It's usually the simple things we tend to over look!
