I've read a lot of old stuff here on using CFL's but haven't seen anything written in a while, so wanted to recheck before installing my X10's.
Background:
I live in a 2+BR condo with a decent amount of modern technology.
I primarily use CFL's and want to continue to.
I would prefer to to create unnecessary night lights or waste a lot of energy with resistors (don't know how much they waste).
I don't want to worry about which brand or type of CFL I buy.
I invested in the following equipment in the past. Most of it is still sitting in the box.
3x SR227 Super socket Outlet Module from x10.com
1x RR501 Transceiver Module from x10.com
3x SS13A 3 Unit+Dim RF Style Switch from x10.com
1x HR12A PalmPad Remote from x10.com
4x WS467 Wall Switch Module
A) Is there a way to modify what I have to play nice with CFL's?
B) Is there a small investment I can make to make x10 work for me?
C) If not, is there anyone that wants to buy my inventory and I will get off my butt to turn off the lights in the future?
Thanks!
