labels not appearing on palmpad after 3.313 update?

Hello, just wondering if anyone else had this happen,or knows how to get palmpad remote to show the labels,when i updated to latest version 3.313 I clicked on the activephone icon on my phone,and the palmpad came up and works fine,just no labels anymore,I tried clearing cache on phone,sent a new link to phone,still no labels,any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mike
