I have a old unit and left has almost stopped working.  It has another on/off switch on the right side. How do you get it to work.  I bought this over ten years ago.. I love your products. I have maybe 25 camera's.  :)%

You can still get the KC674 at http://www.x10.com/automation/x10_kc674.htm   I presume you have a RR501 or TM751 to put the signals on the powerline.

I know I found it on the web site.  What I needed to know is,  it has two seperate on/off switchs. How do you get both too work?

http://software.x10.com/pub/manuals/kc674-is.pdf

So the small switch inside the battery compartment selects the two buttons Unit Codes.
1-2 or 5-6.
House Code set by the dial inside the battery compartment.

The left side button maybe just plain worn out. Not sure if disassembly and cleaning the button contacts would do much good.
If the right side button works on 2 or 6 and the left side 1 or 5 does not. May also indicate button failure.

Another thought would be. Try gently rotating the House Code Dial a few times. It maybe getting intermittent and set to a different House Code than the dial is pointed to.
